Why is Microsoft pushing HP Printer Updates? It can't possibly test updates for all supported HP printers on all supported HP Computers. How do I avoid these updates and still get other updates? Since Windows 10 does not allow you to pick and choose updates on Windows Update, how do I get Microsoft to stop pushing these updates?

One or both of these updates are clearly buggy and a problem needs to be reported to Microsoft but I don't see how to do this. But I can't avoid these 2 updates indefinitely. I am avoiding this by not selecting Install Now and by not Printing on the HP 6500 works again, but the same 2 updates have been automatically down loaded by Windows Update and are waiting to install. I then recovered the computer using Windows Restore.
I tried printing an email from my Thunderbird mail client and Thunderbird crashed without printing. The properties window opened so I tried printing a test page and got an error message that the software had tried to access invalid I received an error message that the software had accessed invalid memory and some features of print property wouldn't work. So I tested the print software by opening devices and printer -> print properties.
